Hanna Newcombe has written widely on world politics and peace issues, not least as a founder (with the late Alan Newcombe) of the Peace Research Institute Dundas (PRID) and its journals Peace Research Abstracts and Peace Research Reviews. Although PRID has now closed its doors, Hanna continues to write and publish.

This part of the site was set up in July 2008 to present Hanna’s own selection of essays on world issues, and as a complement to the three-volume How Things Come Together anthology.

Book One can now be read as a complete collection of essays, whereas Book Two can be viewed in part.
